HONEST people do exist!! I took my Merc to Tyrepower to get a nail out of a Tyre. When I went back to pick up my car, I was told that the nail didn't go in the Tyre and hence no work was required to be done. I was not charged anything for their time either. I rang another place before contacting Tyrepower and was told if they have to inspect the Tyre, I would be charged for their time (which is fair enough). Their repair quote was dearer than Tyrepower and I decided to go with Tyrepower. Glad that I made that decision. Very impressed and for next time I know where to go if I have any issues with the Tyres.

Ian and his team are absolutely FANTASTIC! I am blown away by the service I received. I recently bought a car whereby in the prior service, the lock nut key had been broken whilst taking off the front left wheel off. To try and find someone who could get the rest of the 'special' lock nuts off without taking a hammer and chisel to them was proving difficult. I needed the other lock nuts to be replaced with standard nuts. This was a huge undertaking and nobody I approached wanted to take it on. That was until I met Ian. Ian took the job on and he went above and beyond the call of duty. I am absolutely blown away by his professionalism, his outstanding work ethic and his determination to get the job done. He is the absolute King of Tyres - Hail Ian. Trust me, you won't find anyone better!

Just like to say my experience with Tyrepower in Hawthorn was brilliant. I had some custom lightweight wheels to be made for my Mclaren 570s, there knowledge and expertise was excellent . Write from the word go they were very helpful and professional, I knew from then I was in very good hands. Nothing was a problem, they answered all my questions and done everthing on time. Also they helped me with trye choices and I'm very happy with them also.. I highly recommend Tyrepower in Hawthorn and I like to thank Ian and Kage for doing a brilliant job with my car I couldn't be happier. cheers Paul
